Excessive Masturbation the Source of Poor Sleep

Masturbation is healthy. Performed in excess, masturbation can cause problems, such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, impotence, prostatitis, and yes, even insomnia. Masturbation is not the only culprit for insomnia, stimulating drugs, nicotine and even alcohol can all be the source of insomnia. Medication can keep insomnia at bay, but with high rates of addiction, some individuals may be turned away from taking any prescription drugs.

Chronic masturbation can result in a hormonal imbalance. High levels of the stress hormones cortisol or lower levels of melatonin are often associated with people with chronic insomnia. Heavy alcohol consumption, smoking, and substance abuse in conjunction with excessive ejaculation can lead to exhaustion and disrupt a body’s circadian rhythm resulting in severe insomnia.

The body needs a regular balance of melatonin to help it sleep. As people age, the production of melatonin decreases, causing sleep difficulty. However excessive masturbation can also decrease melatonin levels. In order to combat this melatonin reduction, individuals may want to take Sleep Deprivation Herbal Remedy with SAM-e to help stabilize the melatonin levels in the body.

SAM-e is a naturally occurring molecule that is found in all living organisms. It is distributed throughout the human body and is best known for maintaining mood levels. SAM-e levels tend to decline as people age or their health deteriorates. Those with mental and adrenal fatigue often have lower levels of SAM-e in their bodies. Dietary supplementation of SAM-e is critical for exhausted people who share these depleted levels.
